Beautiful Day...

Be on the alert,
stand firm in the faith,
act like men, be strong.
Let all that you do
be done in love.
2 Corn. 16:13-14
Today was a great day, I had a late night last night and I got up earlier this morning and we were off and running... We got to Church at 9:00 we set up coffee, juice, milk and pastries... The scripture I have up was what our pastor preached on today, and I really enjoy the way he preaches... This Scripture really urges us to be very alert, stand firm in our faith and be strong. And here is the kicker we should do all that we do in love... What a convicting passage, and something I have to remember to do...
So after Church went home got ready for the open house and left, when we got back there had been no one that came, but our realtor had told us that the people that live across the street has a friend that is interested in our house... Well we came home and I went off to VBS and I got a call from our Realtor and we have a showing tomorrow, and it looks promising... So please keep this all in your please...
VBS was great I got to work with Kindergartners we had a lot of fun... We are doing Lifeway's Outrigger Island and it is so well done, I love to get in there and really get excited about learning about God and his word, and these kids are excited as well...
I pray that you all had a great weekend...
You are all in my prayers...

How exciting that your house will be shown today! I'm praying!

Our church is doing "Outrigger Island" too. I love it. All the songs are so cute. I love the one titled "The Word." It's so true!
I got a copy of the songs and play that one over and over.

I posted a little about our first day of VBS today.

I can't wait to hear how the showing goes.

Love & prayers,
Valerie
