Some of my Thoughts from the LPM Conf.

I know that this, like is all over the board, but this is what is going on in my head. I am writing it down so that I can focus in on it, and then study it....
Beth started with these verses, that she came back to over and over, so I will start there...

Luke 8:1-15 (New American Standard Bible)

1 Ministering Women 1Soon afterwards, He began going around from one city and village to another, proclaiming and preaching the kingdom of God. The twelve were with Him,
2 and also some women who had been healed of evil spirits and sicknesses: Mary who was called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out,
3 and Joanna the wife of Chuza, Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many others who were contributing to their support out of their private means.
Parable of the Sower
4 When a large crowd was coming together, and those from the various cities were journeying to Him, He spoke by way of a parable:
5 "The sower went out to sow his seed; and as he sowed, some fell beside the road, and it was trampled under foot and the birds of the air ate it up.
6 "Other seed fell on rocky soil, and as soon as it grew up, it withered away, because it had no moisture.
7 "Other seed fell among the thorns; and the thorns grew up with it and choked it out.
8 "Other seed fell into the good soil, and grew up, and produced a crop a hundred times as great." As He said these things, He would call out, "He who has ears to hear, let him hear."
9 His disciples began questioning Him as to what this parable meant.
10 And He said, "To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God, but to the rest it is in parables, so that SEEING THEY MAY NOT SEE, AND HEARING THEY MAY NOT UNDERSTAND.
11 "Now the parable is this: the seed is the word of God.
12 "Those beside the road are those who have heard; then the devil comes and takes away the word from their heart, so that they will not believe and be saved.
13 "Those on the rocky soil are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no firm root; they believe for a while, and in time of temptation fall away.
14 "The seed which fell among the thorns, these are the ones who have heard, and as they go on their way they are choked with worries and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to maturity.
15 "But the seed in the good soil, these are the ones who have heard the word in an honest and good heart, and hold it fast, and bear fruit with perseverance.

The seed is the word of God, we are women of means and of substance. We come to increase our confidence and competence.

He wants maximum in pact in our lives.

It is a promise from God that we will reap our spiritual harvest. We will have 100 fold impact with our sowing of seeds... We have to surrender our life's, you can't let satin tell you that you can't hear from God.

We are thoroughly equipped.

We have a progressive Relationship with God.

1. Treasure the wonder.

2. Protect your heart.

3. Expect the test.

4. Dig the roots.

5. Stop the choke.

6. Retain the word.

7. Press forth to your 100 fold.

Also in John 10:10 (of Christ)
I have come that you may come.

When the season of testing exceeds the season of believing, we are headed toward a season of falling.

His word is for refining of us.
You have to be the same all the time, through all things God loves us.

Persevere and hang in there with it for the harvest, do not quit before it is done...

This passage com firms to me that I am to be a prayer worriers, that is why I have so much love and need to pray for them...

Philemon 1:4-9

Philemon's Love and Faith

4 I thank my God always, making mention of you in my prayers,
5 because I hear of your love and of the faith which you have toward the Lord Jesus and toward all the saints;
6 and I pray that the fellowship of your faith may become effective through the knowledge of every good thing which is in you for Christ's sake.
7 For I have come to have much joy and comfort in your love, because the hearts of the saints have been refreshed through you, brother.
8 Therefore, though I have enough confidence in Christ to order you to do what is proper,
9 yet for loves sake I rather appeal to you--since I am such a person as Paul, the aged, and now also a prisoner of Christ Jesus--
